The Perot Women’s Center Rooftop Plaza And Entry Porte Cochere at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas offers a serene, welcoming entry experience. Key features include a textured, board-formed concrete planter showcasing a sustainable array of 100% native and adapted regional plantings. Shading overhead canopies incorporate rain chain downspouts to visually direct rainwater. Prominently featured is a sleek stainless steel sign wall providing a modern backdrop for identification graphics, with a glass art sculpture that serves as an entry marker/focal point. In association with HKS Architects and Thornton-Tomasetti Engineers.

As a key anchor of the Preston Main Village mixed-use development, Hutchins Barbecue, a regional favorite, is expanding into a new destination restaurant. The restaurant will anchor a four-building Planned Development that includes a hotel, retail, and office condominiums, all arranged around a central open-space common area amenity. The design will feature an industrial-style pergola over outdoor patio spaces, an antique smoker focal piece, and dedicated areas for take-out waiting and smoker room viewing.
